The Lightning version of the 1More Triple has a DAC, but it has to because Lightning only supports digital output. The analogue version, by definition, won't contain a DAC..
It's the same story for USB-C audio. The phone only outputs digital audio, so whatever audio device you connect to the USB-C, either USB-C headphones or a USB-C to 3.5mm dongle, will contain a DAC. But there will only be 1 DAC in the chain because the headphones you connect to the dongle won't have one.
(You do get headphones that have a DAC and also accept 3.5mm input: any BT headphones that can also work wired have this. But they only use the DAC when using BT, and switch it off when using the analogue input).
