i dropped my phone and the lcd screen cracked. spider cracks all over the place. i purchased a replacement lcd and digitizer and attempted the repair myself. (i build/fix electronics of all sorts in my spare time) Upon completion of the new lcd screen, i have black, white and gray lines in the upper half of the screen and the lower half is black. i was wondering if the lcd screen has to have something to do with this issue, i.e. faulty equipment, or if my installation was incorrect. has anyone ever had this issue? please, please help me. i am so agitated as i have been reverted to a nokia flip phone until a) i fix this problem or b) i come up with a magical 200 dollars for a new phone.
