Help Replacement Triumph Won't Charge

Well, this is a problem .

After almost three months of going back and fourth with vm over troubleshooting my current but hardware or usb port broken Triumph (it won't charge even after trying different batteries, AC adapters, wall outlets, my PC, and usb cables) I finally was able to get vm to send me a replacement Triumph, and I got it from the mail earlier today. I open the packaging and find a white box with the replacement triumph in it. As luck would have it, surprise surprise, the replacement triumph won't charge either! I've tried plugging it into different outlets, AC adapters, usb cables, and wall outlets, and it is completely unresponsive. I get no led charging light, no booting, NOTHING out of the thing. What should I do? I suspect that the replacement triumph is not new, but this is shameful of vm to do. Do I need to contact customer service again now and call them out on it, or can the thing work somehow?

If you've tried different chargers, plugged it into multiple power sources, and still don't get anything out of it, there is only one thing you can do. Return it for another replacement. Just hope that the next time they send you one it's brand new, like my replacement. Then please, do yourself the favor, sell it and go with another device. I'm honestly sick of the Triumph already, you might feel otherwise, but everyone we've had here at the forum that has left the Triumph seems to have been happy with their decision. I'm leaving very soon for Straight Talk. Speeds on Straight Talk are better than Sprints 4G network in some cases, and in almost everything I've read about Straight Talk, speeds are always above 1mbps, usually 3+mbps Down, 500+kbps Up. Upside to Straight Talk is that you can purchase 3 types of sim cards, unlocked, T-mobile, or AT&T. You can then pop your sim card into your GSM device with bands 850/1900 and get HSPA+ speeds, as long as the phone you purchased supports it. The only thing I've heard bad about Straight Talk is customer service. Should be heading to ST in about a week or 2, I'll let you know how it works for me. Hope you get the issue with your Triumph resolved soon.
