Help Replacement

So, I am finally swinging into Costco to replace my Bionic with a new one.

Mine has started rebooting and the speaker keeps going in and out.

Already called them and they said they will swap it out for me.

I am still annoyed with having to reinstall all the stupid applications and setup my homescreens again...

Root it, DL Titanium Backup, make back ups to your SD card, swap it out but keep your SD card and have them put the new SD card in your old Bionic. Root that one and restore your apps.

Eh, I forgot to do this because I was in a rush, but the new phone is taken care of hahaha.

I only lost a couple levels on one of my favorite games.

Oh, bother. Hope this one works out for ya!

So far so good.

Remember that battery issue I was talking about before? It doesn't happen with this Bionic so I am thinking it might have been a faulty GPS chip.

But beyond that this thing is silky smooth as before, and because Costco = awesomeness I got a brand new one out of a box, no refurb for me!

Did they try your phone to see if they saw the same errors / malfunctions you described? I went into my local Costco looking to replace mine because apparently my 4G Chip is messed up (Confirmed 2x by Tier 2 VZW Tech Support) however sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

When I walked into my costco, the lady checked out my phone, and the 4G was working at that time, and told me I am over 30 days and to let VZW send me a replacement

Nope, they looked at it and replaced it, didn't bother with trying to fix it either.

I would ask to talk to the Kiosk manager, because Costco has a 90 day exchange policy...

If anything talk to the store manager and threaten to cancel your membership, they jump like mad at that one haha.
