Help Replacing LCD/Digitizer, which cable do I have?

So I've searched and searched and couldn't find a picture of the "thin" cable vs. the "thick" cable, only a bunch of people saying I have to tear the phone apart and look at it. Well I tore the phone apart, but without details, still don't know which cable I have. I've attached a pic of the cables, please point me in the right direction. Thanks. Also, in case you can't read them in the pic, the blue marker says "A929", part number 83H00256-02, the red marker says "3/4 B12.8", on the cable running up the center of the pic it has the numbers "A1101125L01" and stamped in the steel are the numbers 0226. The one on the top is for your front view camera!
The one on the bottom attaches to your LCD display!
Not quite sure how to determine the thickness of the ribbon or why you would need to make it thicker =]
My jaw clasps just broke for my lcd display so make sure you are being very careful when you lock the ribbons in place and open them!
