Help Replacing Mirco SDHC card

I just ordered a Samsung 32GB (MB-MSBGA) class 10 micro SDHC card. Is there a specific procedure when replacing the card to get all my content from the stock 16GB card to the 32GB card?

All I've ever done is copy the contents of my old card to my PC and then putting it onto my new card and putting that card into the phone. It should be simple, just might take allot of time depending on how much information you're transferring.

I'd copy all of the stuff I wanted from my old card to my pc. Then I'd unmount the old card. I'd remove it and install the new. I'd have the phone mount and format the new card to be certain all is well. I'd then copy my old files from the pc to my new card. Most of the above is redundant but it's best to know all is fine before you load up a new card. And remember.. copy do not move. After you know your new card is healthy and all is fine.. you can delete the saved files on your pc if you need the space or just keep it as a backup.

I migrated from a 16 to a 32 gb class 10 and as suggested it was simple. I copied the data from the old one to the computer.
(In windows I made sure hidden files were shown)

Then I copied it on to the new one.

Popped it in and it worked seamlessly.

Just curious as most program does not appear to let you specify a different path to store the data in the external sc. Ex the built in camera app. What do you air on there?

I copied everything between the old and the new micro SDHC cards and the phone came up fine. Everything like it was before, only more storage space.

Where did you get your card? I've been thinking of getting one.

I screwed mine all up when I moved it from my Samsung to this phone. I've wanted to move up to a 32 and try to fix some of this when I moved everything.

I got mine off ebay.

When I ordered it offf eBay , amazon was slightly more.
