Replacing Tablet Battery

Hello, I have a Ematic Eglide pro2 7" tablet that Has had some battery draining issues for a while now. I figured out how to open the tablet safely and wrote down the battery information. My question is, where can I find a replacement battery and what numbers or information on the battery am I looking for to find the replacement? Also I have heard that some people have had issues with the battery locking up that causes rapid battery draining, could this be the cause? And if so can it be unlocked easily and how would one go about doing this?

Ok, I am under the impression now that it is a locked battery. Now that I know what the symbol looks like of a locked battery, I have this symbol in the notice bar area on the tablet. Does anybody have any info on fixing a locked battery? I have been searching for the past few hours and there is not much material on this.
