Help Reply to sms not choosing the primary contact nor the sender's phone number

Hi Guys,
Recently upgraded to a sensation xe on 2.3.4 (quite loving it) but I'm suffering a small annoyance.

One of my contacts has 4 numbers set. When she sends me a text phone her main phone (set as primary) i go to reply its chosing one of the other numbers to reply to as default. This very annoying when i have to go to options (recieptiant).

I've tried deleting the sms, rebooting , changing the primary to another (same issue) and setting it back (same issue) and deleting the contact too.

Any idea what to do? I don't really want to use a different app as the default is perfectly fine apart from this annoyance.

Any help greatly appreciated.

yeah i am, ive tried handcent and go sms pro but not a huge fan mainly due to the widgets being too small
