Requests Guidelines..

I would like to see an application that can lock access to the charging/data cable to prevent any data transfer from/to a computer without a password/pin/unlock code. I would also like to see the same application prevent a factory reset of any kind or even just remove the factory reset option. Thank you.
 
Ok here is what I'm looking for: an app that would be a sort of dual boot. At the lock screen you can enter 1 of 2 passwords. 1 password would take you to the public side, the side you show wives and girlfriends. The other password would take you to all your private stuff apps, photos, texts, movies, whatever you deem private. What do you think?
 
On the above mentioned app anything you mark as private contacts too would be hidden on the public side. I haven't found anything like this Yet.
