Im using AT&T's network. I went under Settings -> Wireless and Network -> Mobile Networks -> Access Point Names ->

the only thing listed was Cingular 410 using isp.cingular.

Then i hit: Menu - then reset to default

3 things popped up.

-ATT PHONE
phone

-ATT WAP
wap.cingular

-BROADBAND
broadband

the Cingular 410 with isp.cingular did not show back up again and now im no longer able to access the internet, etc.

Ive tried doing a hard reset but that didnt work...any ideas, im a be lost here.:o

A lot of views, no answers. i figured there wont be many people onhere with att as their carrier

i figured out the problem though. by default there is no proxy set for wap.cingular. you need to create a new wap.cingular apn and add wireless.cingular.com for the proxy. Ylu have to add/create a new one bc you cannot edit the default apn, at least in android.
