Help Reset the keyboard ?

Hi,

The keyboard remember function is great but I have some words I don't want anymore. Example : If i try to type "hello" the default word is "hellb". Can I reset some words ? Or all words ?

Thanks.

i've always wondered this too, i had the same problem on my HTC Hero, instead of I've i get G've which is infuriating when im writin a text and dont know its happened until ive sent it and its too late

How about in Settings>Language and Keyboard and scroll to the bottom and User dictionary?

I don't use the stock keyboard so I don't know if this will sort it.

The other thing is give the HTC_IME keyboard a go as the user dictionary is pretty easy to amend in there.

I was able to clear that by cleaning the Cache under Settings > Applications > Manage Applications. Then, I would search for the keyboard input or something like that and clean the application data (sorry is these are not the correct terms, because I'm translating from Portuguese).

The problem is, I can't find that any more... Probably with the 2.1 update, they allow less aplications to be managed (specially, system applications...). Which is not that nice!

Edit: Found it!

If there, you select "Filter" and then choose "All" you'll see an application called "Default Input". Just clean the data and it should be fine! I'm pretty sure this was the option I've used...
