It used to only be that my back button would stop working, I would need to reset and my ringtones would be changed. Now, my phone periodically changes my ringtones. I would like to try a hard reset, but that will bring the phone back to factory settings! Is there a way to SAVE my apps? I have mostly free, but a few are paid apps. I no longer have the cd that came with it.
