Root Resetting my Droid Eris

Hello everyone,

I have rooted my Droid Eris and have played around with different ROMs for quite a while now and I've finally decided that I just want to restore the phone to manufacturer's settings because I plan on selling it. How can I completely wipe the phone so I may use it as I did right from Verizon?

Note: I do have a nandroid backup, but that was made after I rooted it and had been using the phone for a while. I honestly just want a fresh start with the phone.
