Help Resetting phone

As per instruction in an email from VM, I had to reset my phone because I was not able to make or recieve voice call, yet I was able to text, email, web. Ater the reset, the instruction said "The phone will turn off and turn back on by itself. After doing this, you need to wait four hours for the phone to be ready to use. "

Question is is,, does it stops me from using text during that 4 hours? now I am not able to text anyone in spite of 5 bars. I hope I didn't do anything wrong!

I am able to get into the web, but not able to text.. Any idea what may have went wrong? Or what I must do?

I really need help.

I found out that email does work, so as web,, but I can't text at all. I don't know if phone is working because I am deaf and I can't text anyone to call my voice number to test it... GRRRRRRRRRR

This is what I get when I tried to text anyone,, do you see the red error mark,, it's red triangle with examination mark within it. Any suggestion to try?

I would think if you cannot Text, you cannot speak voice. Generally, the thing that doesn't work is internet access through 3G which stops you from contacting the web - but you can still call and text. That's the problem most people have.

I think another contact with Customer Support is necessary.

mystery solved,, wrong MSID was the culprit,, I hate it when VM gave me wrong number to begin with.
