Help Resetting the Network?

Since I updated my Rise I've been getting duplicates of every text message without fail. I even tried factory resetting twice, soft resetting, blocking SMS from the stock app, everything. Virgin Mobile told me to dial ##VIRGIN# and change the MDN and MSID to 000 000 0000 but when I try to do so I keep getting an error saying the MDN/MSID needs to be 10 digits. I entered exactly 10 zeros and I've tried multiple times to no avail. Can someone help me fix either of these issues?

it's supposed to be ten 1's on mdn and msid click done then phone will reboot then type ##virgin# again type your original mdn and msid this will reprogram your phone but I dont know if this will help your text issue it's worth a try
