Help Resetting to GB

Not too long ago I upgraded to ICS build 232(obviously before the real update came out) and would like to go back to GB so I can download updates again. I know that information is somewhere in this forum, but my searches yield far too many results to pour through. Any help would be much appreciated.
 
Sorry i don't have the link but search for House of bionic and follow the steps. You won't need to revert to GB to update. Just be sure to follow the steps exactly according to what you need to do.
 
I thought I could use something else because I am not on 235 or above. I don't want to lose any data.

Also, I have a mac, so if there is any option not using RSD, that would be great.
