Help Resizing wallpapers?

My wife sends me wallpapers. Whenever I try to set them it it takes me to cropping, and I cant get the entire image. Any apps to resize? I've tried set and save, can't seem to get it to work, and what size should I set to?

This is apart of android. Your screen is 320 x 480 and supports wallpapers 640 x 480 so thats why you can only crop up to a certain area. So my suggestion....get wallpapers that are the correct size. You can get wallpapers from the backgrounds app or zinger.

it's 640x480 and I use adobe photoshop to resize images. I go to AndroidWallz.com to get wallpaper already sized and I use Zedge and Mabilo on my phone to set and download wallpaper without having to resize it.
