Help {Resolved}Random Lockscreen Problem

Sometimes when i first turn my screen on this lock screen shows up out of no where.I have it set to use wallpaper lock screen only and just wondering why this is happening or if anyone else has had this happen?It shows up at random times and i can't figure out how to bring it up on the lock screen by default.
Im using the new ICS 4.0 Sense 3.6.

I found the setting under my weather settings.Look at the very bottom option.
