My original Moto Droid restarts on its own and freezes when at the unlock screen prohibiting me from unlocking the phone. It's acting like the battery is dead (but its not its about 75%) and just shuts off. I plugged it in thinking it was a problem with the battery, came back an hour later and the phone was hot and was still frozen on the unlock screen, then just turned off again when I tried unlocking it. What should I do?
P.S. I am not very tech savy and need a step by step outline of any help offered and please try to avoid any abbreviations Thanks.
