Root Restore after ODIN

I have read so much about ODIN, but I'm still a little confused.

I just need to backup with Titanium, go back to stock with ODIN, re-root, install clockwork, Flash latest ROM through Recovery, install titanium and all my apps will be re-installed like usual - is this correct? Thanks

Pretty much right on. If you have the free Titanium version then you'll just need to reinstall/restore each app/data individually instead of batches.
