Root Restore gone wrong

I wanted to check something on an old rom so i backed up via bootstrap. Then i restored old backup. Then when i restored my backup from today i was missing alot of my apps including market. What went wrong. I had to restore my first backup with liberty but i have downloaded alot of apps since then and they are no where to be seen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Do you have a backup copy using Titanium Pro? If so, just go in and restore all your apps from there. I just did this after flashing a new ROM and restored ALL my apps.
