Root Restore stock 2.2.1?

I'm trying to update to 2.3, but I removed bloatware and didn't copy the apk files (like an idiot) is there a way for me to restore stock 2.2.1?

I'll probably just end up borrowing a friends laptop and do it w/ windows.

could someone link me to a good resource on sbf installs. i used z4 root. but if i ever need to restore, i do have the proper sbf file listed, but i'm not quite sure on how to do this. please post.

I take it you didn't make a nandroid of when you freshly rooted?
