Root restore triumph to stock/factory?

got a replacement triumph cause it was acting really buggy, but now i need to send in the old one ive already flashed the stock rom but i need to make it so it doesnt apar like i moded it eg remove custom revovery, unroot etc how do i go about this?

This is for fixing bricked phones, but it will also restore a modified phone back to out-of-box standard.

custom roms tend to be rooted automatically, so unless your stock phone was rooted as well, returning it to stock should have removed root access, there are apps that you can use to check

you already did the most time consuming part, switching from custom rom to stock


id say i think all you need to do is replace CWM recovery with the stock recovery file and it should be set

did you do anything before it started to not boot correct


if you still have CWM recovery you can try and reflash the stock rom or re restoring your stock nandroid
