Root Restoring a backup onto a new SD card

I just got a new SD card for my phone, but I don't know how to restore the phone into it. I have made a backup on Rom Manager but I'm clueless on how to restore it on my new SD card. Does anyone have any idea or can point me in the right direction? I'm lost.

Just put the new card into your phone. Then boot into recovery in rom manager and backup. Easy as pie.

Edit: I just reread your question. You have the backup on your old sd card correct? Just copy all the files from your old card onto a computer. Load it onto your new card. Put the new card in your phone and restore in recovery. Easy as pie. :)

Doing that now. I knew it was simple but I was just brain dead. I don't know why I kept thinking I was going to have duplicate of everything on the new sd card if I did that but now that I'm doing it, it makes perfect sense. Thanks very much for your help.

No problem. Don't forget to hit that thanks button. :)
