Root Restoring ColorNotes Data?

Hi,

I did a backup before flashing a new ROM on my HTC Desire. I was able to restore the 6 items from SD Card. Howver nothing appears on the main screen even though the restore was successful. What am I doing wrong?

Any other way to recover my lost notes?
