Root Restoring Ringers and SMS/MMS between roms

Anyone found an easy way to restore assigned ringers and SMS/MMS history when swapping between ROMS? Titanium works great for apps, but losing my SMS and ringers is getting old... Any tips?

When using Titanium Backup do you back up "Apps + Data"? Or just apps only? the reason i ask is because i always do apps & data and i dont remember losing my texts when switching from Fresh to Myns.

I never really use titanium to restore anything, i just wipe my messages and start over.
But when you backup messages, you click apps and data, and itll save the messages too?

I think so but not 100% sure...

But might i suggest a great app that i use:
SMS Backup+

It backs up your sms/mms to your Gmail account and you can import those texts back to your phone. That might be an easy solution for backing up and restoring your texts between rom flashes.

I used that once, it worked great but took forever since i had so many messages..
I usually just wipe them, hoping itll help make my messages app smoother.

I need to look in that sms backup and see if i can backup individual threads.
