Help Restricted data use

What is that and what does it do? I went to Data Useage and unchecked it and my pdanet stopped.

Also how do I delete my bookmarks? I can't find a setting to delete and have noticed while I was there it has all kind of sites I visted while tethering.

Assuming you are using the stock browser, since you didn't say, Options > Bookmarks > long-press a bookmark > scroll down, choose 'Delete'.

As to the 'Restrict Background Data', I would think is should be unchecked so it is not restricted. My tethering works with it unchecked, but I don't use PDAnet.
