Hello,
I recently had to factory restore my phone, but before I did that I backed up my contacts to my SD card on the phone and transfered it to my computer (as HTC told me to do so!). But now I need to retrieve the contacts, I'm not able to. There are no contacts! I have gone to phonebook, clicked menu, then Import/Export, then Import from SD card (as they were still on the SD after factory reset), and then clicked on the file from there.
How were they lost in the export? the file size is the same as it was before and after the factory reset.
Any help on this greatly appreciated! To top it all off, the factory reset didn't even help the problem!
