Does anyone know how to change phone back to metropcs stock from icarus 1.1?

you should have done a BACK-UP OF YOUR ROM BEFORE FLASHING TO STOCK.
don't mean to "yell" but i figured caps would let people know how important this is.
simply select backup/restore in cwm menue on your phone and select backup.
reboot phone and transfer the new "clockworkrecovery" folder you find on your sd card to your computer.
if you did this simply copy the file back to your sd card, select backup/restore and select restore. i accidentally backed up my rom again the first time i did this but all i had to do was replace the folder on my sd with my old one from the pc and try again.
if you don't accidentally click backup and are successfull your phone will be returned to the state that it was in before you flashed to icarus.

i cant find my back up any where on my computer!!! Is there anything else i can do??? I need my mms back!!!

You don't need to go back to stock to get mms. There is a thread called Icarus 1.1 metro fix. It gives detailed instructions on changing the info in your phone. Some people had to do it but others did not. I did and it looks like you need as well. Try that and see if it works for you.
