Root Return to stock help

hey guys So I am trying to return my phone to absolute stock. I have tried using the tool to unroot and restore factory recovery and it simply doesn't work for me no matter what i do. Drivers are installed properly for the phone and such so I don't see why its not working for me. I also cannot get my phone into ftm mode at all. No mater if I hold down vol up or down+ plus the power button it still goes right into cwm.

you dont need to unroot to install the official update, and cwm deletes ftm mode you have to be in stock recovery to use ftm

but how can in install the ota update to jelly bean without stock recovery?

EDIT:Just tried it again in cwm and it worked where it wasnt before. thanks guys

Did you put the 4.1 update in cache and sdcard?
Try using money15's stock rom.

Just unrar it and place the folder on sdcard/clockworkmod/backup. Then boot into cwm
Restore the zteoffic.b09
Restart and place the ota zips in cache and on the sdcard.
Go back to cwm and install the ota zip from sd.

If that makes sense at all.

That's what I had to do Frank took me a little keep getting error also lol
But I did mine right from sd card.....try factory resetting before update maybe idk
