Root return to stock.. not having any luck.

Trying to revert a Rezound I have to stock.
I never did S-Off on it, just installed venusaur on it and used that for awhile.

I tried the mini ruu method and the full ruu method and neither work.

I get the following with the mini method:
sending 'zip' (463936 KB)...
OKAY [ 40.790s]
writing 'zip'...
(bootloader) signature checking...
FAILED (remote: 12 signature verify fail)
finished. total time: 117.970s

Device is relocked and is showing a security warning.
Was unlocked with HTC dev some months ago.

Any ideas?
Device boots straight into fastboot no matter what.

have you run the main version tool? did you get the correct out put from the getvar all command of 1.00.000.0?

if the answer to either of those questions is no,then you need to re-unlock with your original token,and follow the directions more carefully in step 2 to launch recovery,run the main version tool,then run the mini ruu.

the signiture error is not what you typically see when the main version is wrong,so you may try redownloading the mini-ruu.zip. you can check the md5 with this command:
md5sums miniRUU2.01.605.11.zip

i prolly should have included that in the original directions make sure the md5 = 00d8fe40e9fdb943d5c77855a9324dbf

run that command right after changing to mini-adb_vigor directory.

heres what it will look like:

failing the above,youll just need to relock and run the full RUU. what trouble did you have with it? you can run it as a .exe file,or find a PH98IMG to run in hboot.
