Returned My RAZR...........

I just returned my Razr tonight and was charged a $35 restocking fee.

My question is, after my account resets in about 24-48 hrs I will be eligible for an upgrade again. Can I pickup a Rezound when my account resets and still be able to return (another $35 restocking fee) and exchange for the Nexus?

Yes.

No. You are allowed one exchange thru the worry free guarantee. If you get the Rezound you will not be able to exchange it for the Nexus.

I was opposite and will probably keep the Razr. Posted why in the Razr forum, but both have pros and cons.

One thing I seems both devices appear to have the same 4g range where I live, but both devices have occasional connection issues. I chalk it up to the network, rather than either device. Both are great devices and suit different wants and needs.

Still tempted to test the Rez beyond half a day though.... I think I ate my last waffle..... Though the Rezound is a lot more prone to glare, the display is dead sexy in low light :)

You get only one "exchange"... He's going to return the first phone then purchase rezound, he should then be able to exchange one more time.

Its still counts as the same thing. You get one exchange or return per upgrade. So even though he is upgrade eligible again he will not be able to exchange or return the next device for anything other than the same device. Verizon is especially cracking down on this because of all the people buying the Razr and Rezound with no intention to keep it.

You know this for a fact?

According to my daughter who is the manager of a Verizon corporate store that is how it works. They are not going to take back an endless stream of devices for people to test out. They are in the business of selling phones, not renting them. If they let him purchase the Rezound and then exchange for the Nexus he should consider himself lucky.

I gotcha... I will be returning my rezound for the nexus. I'm keeping it flawless so they have no choice but to return it.

I was able to use my upgrade today for the Rezound after I returned my Razr yesterday.

I now have until Jan 15 to exchange for the Nexus!
