Just after a few opinions really.

I'm due to send my HTC Desire off for repair (the dreaded rebooting problem) but I'm unsure whether to deal with HTC directly or go through T-Mobile - with who I have a contract.

Do T-Mobile even use HTC to repair their handsets?

What would you do? Or what have you done?
 
Over a year ago now but when mine went back to HTC the service was excellent which is more than can be said for the courier bringing it back...
