Revert back to GB

Hey friends

I Got the ICS update from Samsung . Before upgrading I want to clarify few things

Will I lose my data like pics, videos, notes. I already have the backup but still

Will all thr apps be deleted or will they be retained

If at all I want to revert back to gingerbread will it be possible.

when i updated my note to ics i didnot lose my contacts or pictures or notes and all my apps were there.
this is from personal experience though
and if i remember it correctly if u need to go back to GB u need to root or can use odin to load a firmware from sammobile.com
tht site has all the firmwares including GB and ICS
go to sammobile----firmware---android---phone model no---choose firmware

I upgraded to ICS over WiFi and did not lose anything, except settings for various widgets on the main screens. I had to re-add the widgets and re-set the picture frame (which I use).

yes you can revert back to gb BUT DONT do any wipes/factory resets while on ics cos when you try to revert back to gb she will just hang and youll have a bookend instead of a phone
