Reverted from KK2 to KI4

Since updating to KK2, I noticed a few issues that I didn't previous have or notice;

-yellow/brown screen tint on left (I know that this is a common issue)
-random reboots nearly every day
-since it's not UK firmware, some non-English apps that I don't use anyway
-could no longer connect to Kies

On their own, each issue is tiny. The screen tint issue went away when I disabled the power saving screen option under display settings. I don't use the non-English apps, and one reboot per day is a minor annoyance. As a whole though, there was no real benefit to me over using the stock KI4 (2.3.4) firmware. So, I figured why bother? I rolled back to 2.3.4 today, and we'll see if I get any reboots.

I'll keep Odin handy though, just in case the ICS update leaks before the actual push. In the meantime, the GB updates aren't a big deal to me and I can either do without, or wait until Kies pushes them.

It may have been worth tyring kk5 first. This fixes the foreign language problems. I'm on checkrom which is kk5 based and not had any of the problems you had with kk2

KK2 is official Samsung firmware whereas KK5 is frankenstein firmware. I'k ok with staying on official UK firmware for now, at least until ICS is released. At that point, all bets are off.

It's been leaked or announced that Samsung will have an ICS beta for the SGS2 available through Odin before Christmas. I might wait for a more stable release though.
