Help Reverting Back to Standard Firmware

Hi

I have installed the Wildfire puzzle ROM on my phone, have had it on for about a month and im thinking about going back to the standard firmware since my phones keeps on freezing and i have to power off and on.

How would i go about this?

try flashing the 0050 kernel which removes overclocking, i was having to pull my battery 4/5 times a day,had new kernel for 1 week with no freezes, much more stable
