hello sir's , i've come back again cause i'm unsure and i can't find the answers after scouring the forums and the net
~ anyways i have Rooted my phone yay 
and unlocked the bootloader , of course i made every backup step by step , now im running ~Xperia S UI , and DoomKernel and it is awesome , hehe so im in the last step , i want to go back to my Original Stock Everything and i've obtained a 2.3.4 Stock Firmware to flash
so my questions are , . . . .
1.) if i Flash this will i go back to Everything Stock??
a.) Android Ver. , Kernel Ver. ??
2.) will i be UnRooted Automatically??
3.) will it also LOCK my bootloader again??
4.) and will it remove the CWM recovery too??
5.) will my IMEI change too???

sorry for a noobish question but i can't find it really, all i can find is "how to flash to Stock" but it doesn't really explain if Everything goes back~
