Root Reverting to the stock rom.

Yes you can run the official RUU but if you want a pre rooted stock 2.3.3 do a search for seraphic under xda for his stock but rooted GB. Otherwise if you want root again you'll have to use Gingerbreak.

Yes the stock RUU will flash the standard radio and RIL as they are all part of the same package.

The Seraphic ROM which is stock but rooted with no other changes whatsoever can be found here:

EDIT the only problem you will have with the Seraphic ROM if you have changed the Radio/RIL you will need to flash the stock seperately as his ROM doesn't come with the radio/ril.
