Help Rezound not vibrating - at all!

I just got my Rezound 2 days ago and I'm super excited. However, I noticed that it doesn't vibrate ... at all! It's never vibrated. I've tried every setting and still nothing. When set to vibrate mode and call comes in, it's silent.

Anybody else have this problem and found a solution? Maybe my phone is defective and I'll need to return it in that case

Assuming you didn't root it you might want to take that into verizon's store and see if they can fix it or replace it.

Nope, didn't root it. I'll try to stop by a Verizon store tomorrow, but I'm hoping to fix the issue and not have to reconfigure another device...

take the battery cover off and hold the volume down button down so that it says vibrate. When doing that look on the back. The little vibrating motor is right next to the usb charging port. You can see it move when its vibrating. If yours isn't moving at all i would probably take it back.
