Rezound price reduction at VZW

VZW has reduced the price of the Rezound to $80 on the website and it will perhaps become available for even less from third parties such as Amazon. I know it's a little late in its life cycle, but it still seems like a strong phone and now ships with ICS. I wonder what people think of the Rezound at this point? Would you recommend it? Does it have any deal-breaking issues? TIA

Rezound has been $0.01 on Amazon a couple of times the first time being less than 1 month old. That's when I picked mine up.

$0.01 is the price I'm hoping for but I need to do a little research as well. How do you feel about the Rezound? Pros and cons?
