Help Rezound sound volume keeps shutting off.

When I go to the sound app to check the volume, the adjustment slide for ringtones snf notifications has been set to off position. Every time I check the volume this is turned off and I have missed many incoming calls.This doesn't happen for the slide dealing with music/games and alarms Can't figure out how to fix it. Very frustrating.Help!

Do you have any third party apps that could possibly be messing with that setting? Something like a sleep app or power management app could be the culprit. I wish I had more to offer. Good luck.

I have seen certain cases cause this behavior as well... you put it in your pocket and it causes enough pressure to turn down the volume all the way.

I am using the alarm app maybe this is doing it. I'll remove that and see what happens.
