Accessories rhod160 batt temp doesnt work

So I'm on my second rhod160 battery and same problem...battery temp shows 25.4 only. Serial ends in 02M......any else have this problem?

For all intents and purposes you just have a nice cool battery if it is charging and running the phone and lasting for a reasonable time.

Probably need a little more detail on what the problems are.

Yes, it works with the original battery.

I'm mainly concerned because I have setcpu to underclock to 700mhz when it gets hot...with a inaccurate reading this profile is useless. I'm also curious if EVO(or any stock rhod160 phone) owners are able to monitor their phone temps.

Now I understand your question.

I have no idea on other phones but I have the same battery and I do see the battery temp fluctuate. It's odd that yours sits at one temp and since it did it with 2 that is even more odd.

Have you gone into recovery and tried to wipe the battery stats and see if that helps.

Yup, wiped battery stats via Clockwork Recovery, and still shows only 25.4C. I think I'll try a friend's EVO battery if he'll let me and see if that makes a difference.
