Riddle me this!

Yay! My turn:

You have $15 and you get 1 candy for a dollar. If you can exchange 3 wrappers for 1 candy, how many candies can you eat for your $15?

In the same vein: A bum spends his days collecting cigarette butts and his nights making new cigs out of his findings. It takes seven butts to make a new cigarette.
Today he found 49 butts. How many cigs will he have to smoke out today's efforts?
 
Yay! My turn:

because with those 7 butts you can make another cig! apply the same logic to my question and you will ultimately get the answer.

15 candies + 15/3 candies = 20 candies

Edit:

Thought some more and I'm guessing with those 5 candies from the 15 wrappers...you get 1 more candy...

So 21 candies...

More thinking...OK I see how you got 22...I guess I 'finished' it early.

I guess maybe that's why I haven't been good with the math riddles, lol.
