Help Ring issue

My wife's Note only rings three times before going to voice mail. How can I change the number of rings prior to VM without fabricating a new ring tone?

What is her carrier? That's something you can change with the carrier I believe.

I'm not sure who your carrier is, but with T-Mobile US, I think it is an option in the voicemail box itself. When you call in, it is one of the options. If not you might have to call customer service and they can change it or give you directions on how to do it.
