Help Ringer and Notification Volumes Linked Together

It seems like if I change one it changes the other. I have even tried Sound Manager. Is there a trick I don't know? (Yes I looked at the other threads).

Go into Settings => Sound => Volume

Untick 'use incoming call volume for notifications'

That did it. I figured there had to be a way just wasn't too obvious.
