Help Ringer Volume Problem

Somehow I keep on accidentally turning of the master volume, which means I don't hear it when someone calls. I know the 2 volume buttons control it but it seems that I would have to hold down the low button to turn off the master volume... which I am not doing.

Any solutions?

Im having the same issue after EE4 its like the volume has a mind of its own now.
