Help ringtone crescendo

is there a way for me to disable the crescendo on the ringer? (when i get a call the volume gradually gets louder instead of being one volume) ive done so many searches on the internet and cannot find anything!!!

seems that most phones do that nowadays. I bet its because of a lawsuit or something involving somebodys ears getting blasted. the optimus m is pretty good tho, it gets loud pretty quick compared to other phones

I searched long and hard and there isnt one as far as I can tell. Take this for what its worth: I called metro when I had my samsung finesse and they said thats how the manufacturer built it so there is no fix. Probably the same with the m
