Help Ringtone gets louder

Hello ! (:
Since i got my SGS2 i've been noticed this annoying method,
when i get an incoming call, the ringtone starts very quiet and after one or two secs it gets loud as it should be.
Is there any way to change it?
BTW I'm running Cognition s2 1.5.1

Its a "feature"
only way to get around this is to root, and install a custom rom that has a mod to elimiate this.
