Ringtone help

(Ment to say support, I am new)I have had My LG G4 for 3 months or so and have had custom ringtones on it through Zedge the whole time. Earlier this week it started playing an extremely annoying ringtone anytime someone calls.... When I go to main settings it has the ringtone I want already set for default and I had a bunch set for certain people but now those are the same stupid ringtone too... What do I need to do? I have deleted the app and redownloaded it with no success.

Not sure if u got this fixed but I have the same phone. See where it says Ringtone ID? Make sure that's turned off or it will play a certain tone when people call based on their number. Hopefully that helps.
