Help Ringtone Problem

Hi, im new to the site. And just got the Captivate. I noticed when I make ringtones from MP3 music files, I send them off to other people and they receive them very well. But they can't set them as a ringtone. Can you help? thx

I just got mine as well - But I think what your looking for is ringdroid... It's free, it's in the marketplace.

I also believe you can play the file, and while it's playing you can set it as the ringtone.

K thx! Can the other users who recieves the ringtones set them as a ringtone?

I don't see why not since its just a normal music file( .wma, .mp3, or whatever format it is) and should be able to be played on any phone.
